NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF DALTON GARDENS PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION

ORDINANCE 293-AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 5-5-7

 

 

The Dalton Gardens Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on April 2, 2026, at 6:00 PM  (PST) to consider Ordinance 290, an Ordinance of the City of Dalton Gardens, Kootenai County, Idaho, amending sections 6-3-6.H, Lot Line Adjustment; amending Sections 3-6-6.H.1.a Through 3-6-6.H.1.c, Redescribing Lot Line Adjustments As Boundary Line Adjustments; amending Section 3-6-6.H.2.a through 3-6-6.H.2.d, Boundary Line Adjustment Application Requirements and Process; adding Sections 3-6-6.H.1.d through 3-6-6.H.1.h, Describing Boundary Line Adjustment Standards; adding Sections 3-6-6.H.2.a.1 through 3-6-6.H.2.a.3, Boundary Line Adjustment Requirements; adding Section 3-6-6-H.3 through 3-6-6.H.3.d, Describing what is not a Boundary Line Adjustment; and adding Section 3-6-6-H.4, Issuance Of Building Permits; within Title 6 entitled “Lots” repealing all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith; providing a severability clause; providing for the publication of a summary of this Ordinance and an effective date hereof.

All interested persons are invited to appear and show cause, if any, why such item should or should not be approved.  Copies of the Ordinance 293 is available at City Hall during regular office hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday closed 1 PM-2 PM for lunch. City hall is accessible to persons with disabilities.
