NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDMENT OF TITLE 6, CHAPTER 3 OF DALTON GARDENS CITY CODE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Dalton Gardens, Kootenai County, Idaho, will hold a public hearing on September 30, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at Dalton Gardens City Hall, 6360 N 4th Street, Dalton Gardens, Idaho, for the purpose of receiving public comment on and considering the adoption of Ordinance No. 293, amending Title 6, Land Subdivisions, Chapter 3, Design Standards, Section 8, Lots.
Summary of proposed Ordinance 293:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DALTON GARDENS, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO; AMENDING TITLE 6 LAND SUBDIVISIONS, CHAPTER 3 DESIGN STANDARDS, SECTION 8, “LOT LINE ADJUSTMENTS” TO READ “BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENTS AND LOT CONSOLIDATIONS” AND AMENDING SUBSECTIONS A THROUGH E AND ADDING SUBSECTION F THROUGH K WITHIN SAID SECTION. REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF A SUMMARY OF THIS ORDINANCE AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.

All persons interested are invited to attend the meeting and will be afforded an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk at the above address prior to the meeting.
